Dotyeni & Sobekwa JV was founded in 2021 and is a majority black owned property development Joint Venture of two privately registered companies in South Africa designed to create, innovate, and disrupt the property landscape by offering developments in the rural areas. In terms of South African company standards this is a level 1 BEE Joint Venture.

Sobekwa Capital specialises in land acquisitions within rural municipalities in South Africa and together with TS Dotyeni International have joint ventured to establish and develop a property portfolio in rural South Africa. As an introductory project to the joint venture the TSOMO DEVELOPMENT is their first development initiative within a rural municipality.
TSOMO DEVELOPMENT
Nestled in the picturesque rural town of Tsomo in the Eastern Cape, this 7,5 hectare mixed-use development offers investors access into the 1 Billion per annum GDP of TSOMO’s rural economy.
TS Dotyeni (Pty) Ltd has joint ventured with Sobekwa Capital (Pty) Ltd to deliver a mixed-use development to provide office space for various government agencies and low cost accommodation to the working class of this community.
ERF 79 in Tsomo is strategically located just outside the Central Business District of Tsomo and next to an affluent neighbourhood of residential homes and other government infrastructure. With this development we intend to bring much needed low-cost rental accommodation for the working class of this community as well as develop office space for the various government departments including the municipality.
Currently undergoing the municipal subdivision and rezoning process.
