rural spaces around the world

As reported before, three quarters of the world’s population live in rural areas in developing countries. Most of these women and men lack the access to resources and infrastructure and as a result find themselves and their families migrating to urban spaces. 

Many challenges exist in the rural spaces of Africa but we present some of these critical issues for consideration:

According to Statistics South Africa as of 2020 the South African rural
population was recorded at 19,361,915 (19 million) people which translated to 32.65% of
South Africa’s total population. Globally the World Bank reported that a total 3,3 billion people currently reside in rural areas.

All of these people need to Earn, Spend, Save, Invest and DO MORE WITH MONEY. The world bank keeps a clear statistic of these people because it understands that economies need people to thrive.
